Weighting hopper
The batching weighting hopper is used for connect raw material hopper, receive the material through spiral transporting machine and weight it.

Casting truck
The frequency casting ferry truck moves left and right, load the aerated concrete mould and finish the slurry casting work. Then take the body of aerated concrete to the cultivating room.

Aerated mould box
The mould box is the main device of producing aerated concrete. The material after mixing is casted into the mould box, then cultivate and becomes solid, take off mould frame, can be cutted.

Mixer
The slurry, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminium suspension being mixed in the tank, which makes them reaction fully, then take the mixing slurry into the mould frame in time.

Screw conveyor
It is the device which connects raw material tank(cement, lime, gypsum) and weighting container. Also the new type transporting device using the rotary spirochete to transport aerated concrete raw material.
