The Flow Introduction of Magnet-selection Production Line
Magnet-selection technology is the most widely applied and the most mature. It is mainly used in the selection of magnetic mineral. The exploited mineral will be crushed initially by jaw crusher. After being crushed into proper sized, they will be transferred into ball mill by elevator and ore feeder to rub. The mineral fine staff will then goes into the next process—gradation. The spiral grading machine can clean and grade the mineral mixture according to the theory of specific gravity. Since the specific susceptibility of mineral mixtures is different, when they pass through the magnet-selection machine, the magnetic materials will be separated by magnetic force and mechanical force. The Advantages and Characteristics of the New Energy-saving and Environmental-protection Magnet-selection Line
The new energy-saving and environment-friendly magnet-selection line is a kind of dry and wet magnet-selection method of magnetite which focuses on the three-stage magnetic separation of powered ore and then has magnetic separation by wet materials. The magnet strength of the magnetic separation is 400~1200GS, and the magnetic drum rotation speed is 60~320/min. The wet materials will be made into iron concentrate powder after dehydration. Generally, if the iron content of a ore can reach 30 percent, the iron content of the iron concentrated powder can reach 75~90% after this process. The usage of the ore reaches 96%. During the process of selecting the ore, the magnet-selection production line will consume little water. It is also with low cost and low pollution since the powder can be removed by dust removing plant. This is a kind of ore-selection method which features high manufacturing efficiency, high product quality and low energy consumption and environmental protection.
