Application:
The disk feeder machine is a positive displacement feeding device that can be quantified, and it can constantly and evenly transport the materials to the next process. It is suitable for feeding the powder such as the ore, pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone and clay, and for granules or small pieces of material.
Working principle:
The sand making machine is constituted by actuating device, noumenon of feeding machine, measurement belt conveyer and metering installation. Feeding machine and belt conveyer have one driving device, whose electromagnetic clutch has the function of opening, closing and transforming of the feeding. The belt conveyer’s speed is less than 1m∕s with detector. Weighing roller skew has test rod which can adjust at any time.
